No, you do not need to be home. Many of our clients provide us with a key or access code. Our staff is fully vetted and trustworthy.

What if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with any aspect of our service, let us know within 24 hours and we will re-clean the area for free.

Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, simply let us know.
