By using sac-espectacles.com and our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
We provide professional cleaning services as described on our website and in your quote. Scope, pricing, and schedule are confirmed at booking. Any changes must be agreed in advance.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings are subject to availability. Payment terms are as stated in your quote (e.g. on completion or in advance). Late or missed payments may result in suspension of service.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule by giving us reasonable notice (e.g. 24–48 hours). We may charge a fee for late cancellations or no-shows as set out in your agreement.
5. Satisfaction and Complaints
We aim for your full satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to resolve the issue, including re-cleaning where appropriate.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, except where law does not allow such limitation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
7. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to the processing described there.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
